SCOTUS: The U.S. Has No Authority to Send Migrants Back to Central America

In a surprising 5-4 vote with frat boy Cavanaugh crossing over, SCOTUS has ruled that the U.S. government has no authority to send migrants back to Central America.

They/them, non-binary and proud.

Remember that “2000 Mules” was concocted by a circus of elephants.
The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.

Not sure what is surprising about the ruling. Conservatives on the Court sometimes disagree with each other. In this case, both sides had valid arguments.

So when is the last time a liberal Justice "crossed over" and voted with a Conservative majority on a controversial case? Can you think of one? I can't. Because it doesn't happen. Ever. However, examples of the other way around happen fairly frequently.
