Yeah, you're right on this one. There should be no preaching in a public school. Regardless of how strong your faith is.
This clip is a bit misleading though. Seems the story may want to imply the baptisms were happening at the school.
If you look closely, it's a different building. Makes me wonder what else in the story you linked may of been spinned.
