Looks like Pennsylvania is headed for certification. The clown show continues...
So much Winning
U.S. District Judge Matthew W. Brann granted a request from Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar to dismiss the suit, which alleged that Republicans had been illegally disadvantaged because some counties allowed voters to fix errors on their mail ballots.
The judge’s decision, which he explained in a scathing 37-page opinion, was a thorough rebuke of the president’s sole attempt to challenge the statewide result in Pennsylvania.
Rudolph W. Giuliani, Trump’s attorney, personally took charge of the case and appeared at a hearing in Williamsport, Pa., Tuesday in an attempt to justify it. Five other attorneys who represented the president withdrew from the case.
“Blessed are those who are righteous in his name.”
― Matt

Obama appointees are perfectly happy to apply the 14th amendment to gay marriage, but not to voters and certainly not Republican voters. Not surprising.
New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

I really don't understand the rush. I don't want to argue about whether or not there was fraud that occurred, but what is the harm in looking over these ballots, making sure we don't have fraudulent filings, and if there were, then remove them.

That particular one was a federalist society member so not a screaming liberal by any stretch... in this case though judges appointed by presidents from both parties have dismissed this... that’s instructive.

Today’s decision turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the U.S. Supreme Court. Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock.

Yes because he thinks that his 3 court appointees owe him a solid and should declare him president. There’s been no evidence presented and the legal arguments presented don’t make any sense... but go ahead and fail spectacularly. There’s a reason they are 2-34 now...

I never thought formaldehyde ran that much.
They/them, non-binary and proud.
Remember that “2000 Mules” was concocted by a circus of elephants.
The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.
