1. Allow mail-in votes to be counted as they're received (but with the results kept secret until after polls close) - several states already do this (Florida being one)
2. Modify the Electoral College so that the system used in Nebraska and Maine is used nationwide (two votes to the overall winner of the state and one vote for the winner of each congressional district)
