The point was that they got a couple of liberals on the court in 2018 not that the court changed hands or anything.

Just jumping into this thread. I don't why, but since I already voted, not long after the debate started, I found myself not that interested.

Anyway, I think the biggest fail for a small business is too many friends and family working there. Especially a family run business.

There are many reasons, that is a BIG ONE. Many small business owners lack a good foundation in business education. Many just learn as they go. It usually comes down to the ability to attract and lead people and to have a solid financial management plan in place.
