You really don't see a difference? Trump rallies are arranged by the President of United States who has taken a pledge to safeguard his populous. They could limit attendance, assure proper spacing, require masks.....they don't. He doesn't care. He wants it to look good on TV. There was a surge after the Tulsa rally. He doesn't care.
