They All Think Alike?

Post by Bryce » Thu Aug 06, 2020 9:04 pm

Joe Biden when addressing the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) and National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) Joint Virtual Convention.
“And by the way, w hat you all know, but most people don’t know, unlike the African American community, with notable exceptions, the Latino community is an incredibly diverse community, with incredibly different attitudes about different things … it’s a very diverse community.”
Not one black journalist took Ole Befuddled Joe to task on this. NOT ONE. Sorry Joe, do you think they all look alike too?

That statement would have had howling and gnashing of teeth take place for the entire 24 hour news cycle if it came from someone with orange skin tones.

Bring on the debates...

New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

Meanwhile, Trump is addressing his fellow klansmen.
I have black guys counting my money. … I hate it,” Trump told John R. O’Donnell, the former president of Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino, according O’Donnell’s account in his 1991 book “Trumped!” “The only guys I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes all day.”

Trump, according to O’Donnell, went on to say, “‘Laziness is a trait in blacks. It really is, I believe that.”

In an interview with Playboy in 1999, Trump remarked that “[t]he stuff O’Donnell wrote about me is probably true. The guy’s a f—-g loser. A f—-g loser. I brought the guy in to work for me; it turns out he didn’t know that much about what he was doing. I think I met the guy two or three times total. And this guy goes off and writes a book about me, like he knows me!”
....

“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people,” Trump said at his campaign announcement. “But I speak to border guards and they tell us what we’re getting. And it only makes common sense. It only makes common sense. They’re sending us not the right people. It’s coming from more than Mexico. It’s coming from all over South and Latin America, and it’s coming probably— probably— from the Middle East. But we don’t know. Because we have no protection and we have no competence, we don’t know what’s happening. And it’s got to stop and it’s got to stop fast.”

This is "According to O'Donnell." I could write a more factual book about you solely from our jousts on this board than O'Donnell wrote about Trump.

There is not one thing he said in the above statement that isn't based in truth. We are a sovereign nation. We have borders. We as a nation should be able to choose the people we allow access on the basis of bettering the nation. MS-13 members do not better our nation.

Me personally, I take anyone writing a book like this with a grain of salt.

Yeah, it may of happened. Or they are just embellishing to make a buck.

Sure, great stories. A whole heaping helping of creative writing. But if no one else comes out of the woodwork saying "Yup, that's what happened", then these tell all books are just National Enquirer to me.

Facebook removes troll farm posing as African-American support for Donald Trump
Facebook also removed hundreds of fake accounts linked to conservative media outlet The Epoch Times.

Facebook removed hundreds of accounts on Thursday from a foreign troll farm posing as African-Americans in support of Donald Trump and QAnon supporters. It also removed hundreds of fake accounts linked to conservative media outlet The Epoch Times that pushed pro-Trump conspiracy theories about coronavirus and protests in the U.S.

Facebook took down the accounts as part of its enforcement against coordinated inauthentic behavior, which is the use of fake accounts to inflate the reach of content or products on social media.

The foreign pro-Trump troll farm was based in Romania and pushed content on Instagram under names like “BlackPeopleVoteForTrump” and on Facebook under “We Love Our President.”

Joe Biden, while basically on the campaign trail said, "unlike the African American community, with notable exceptions, the Latino community is an incredibly diverse community,"

He didn't "reportedly" say it years ago. He said it yesterday. He said it while actively campaigning for the office of the Presidency. Yet, no one batted an eye. In a room full of black journalists, no one challenged him on it. Not one broadcast outlet played the clip.

Can't wait until he's forced out of his basement. The Max Headroom shtick will only work so long.

How much and how long did the press crucify Ross Perot for his "you people" comment? But Biden gets a pass on that one?

Ask not what your country can do FOR you; ask what they are about to do TO YOU!!

It clumsily refers to the fact that Cubans, Puerto Rican’s and Mexicans tend to have very different priorities and social values from each other. Blacks tend to be moderate Democrats and the ideological variation is much less as there is almost no ethnic or background variation. It was clumsy but the point is valid. The reason nobody batted an eye is that there’s nothing to bat an eye at.

Got it. Blacks all think alike. Hispanics don't.
