C'mon. Since Rubio's flub, there's articles about Lewis and Cummings own staff being mistaken about who's who.

And how often do you think congressmen actually see each other? Some of the elected officials at the Capital, especially folks from the other side of the aisle, may not talk to each other for months. They're not shunning one another. It's a place where a lot is going on.
