No it has not been debunked.

Anyhow... the Federal Government can’t roll forces into a state whenever it feels like it for whatever reason unless they stick to federal property or legitimately defending the border within 100 air miles. Snatching a guy off the street 6 blocks from a Federal courthouse isn’t covered.

Not by being snatched. It has to go through a traditional channel. Snatching first and asking questions later is never constitutional and it never has been. We don’t live in Nicaragua last I checked and we never have. He has to have his Miranda rights read right there and be told why he’s being arrested. They can’t just grab him and pull his beanie over his head, tell him to keep his hands above his head, drive him to the courthouse, throw him in a cell and THEN read the Miranda right and say “oh we almost forgot.. you’re under arrest”.. that’s not even remotely kosher.
