Did you ever notice that brown eggs are relegated to a very small section of shelf space at the very end of the display? Clearly an attempt to enhance the visibility of white eggs.

A lot of folks think brown eggs are better for you than white eggs.
Like they are organic or antibiotic or gluten free or free range or some similar nonsense.
The truth is, the color depends on the breed of the hen that laid it.
All eggs are nutritionally the same, regardless of size, grade or color.
