There's a meme floating around Facebook that says something like:
"If you are ever interviewed by the press, have someone shoot video with their phone, because the News always twist what you said when they air it".

That's not the words in the meme, I paraphrased, but that's the gist of the meme.

That’s excellent advice. I also record any interaction with police. It’s for their safety and mine.
