I do not believe this monster should face consequences from the government because the first amendment should keep the government from punishing you for expressing yourself.

So if another cop displays NAACP memorabilia they too should be banned as a cop? Overreach.

I never said the racist cop should be “banned.”

Publicly shamed, yes. However, the government should not punish him for expressing himself.
