I like John Lennon, But this is a Socialist Song, Just read the words it’s about One World Government and no Religion, 100 Percent Socialist or should we say Communist not much of a difference, Chew on that for a while. I prefer the Stones myself. John Lennon became a wimpy hippie with an acoustic guitar singing about communism. The Stones actually stayed entertaining while Lennon sounded like some kind of preaching college professor and 2 of the other Beatles watched their careers slump into irrelevance. And Pauls best music ( except for that annoying Christmas song) came after the Beatles.

This is so true. She was the one that put the wedge in the Fab 4. After John started showing up later and later to the studio because of her, then Paul and George started doing the same. Rehearsals quit becoming a creative spirit and more of a chore.

The only one getting there on time was Ringo. He saw the handwriting on the wall that the demise of the group was near.
