Lemon and Blueberry Cottage Cheese Muffins

Cottage cheese makes these classic muffins super moist and tender. They’re delicious as a grab-and-go breakfast spread with almond butter and a few slices of banana.

Ingredients

2 cups (500 mL) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated sugar
2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) baking soda
1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) salt
Pinch ground nutmeg
2 eggs
1 cup (250 mL) cottage cheese
1/3 cup (75 mL) unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon zest
3 tbsp (45 mL) lemon juice
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
1 cup (250 mL) blueberries

I started out with nothing and I still have most of it.

More info on the incident on the background of the referee:

http://highschoolsports.nj.com/news/art ... ore-match/

https://www.courierpostonline.com/story ... /91208864/

Now, look. I don't think this requires some sort of intensive investigation.

Really, only two questions needs to be answered:
- Was the young man in violation of the rules or not? (Seems like the answer here is "Yes, he was.")
- Does the referee in question enforce said rule fairly vs. selectively?

All one needs to do is look at the previous matches Mr. Maloney has refereed, review tape from those matches and/or interview the wrestlers who have competed.

A lot of folks on social media seem to be jumping to conclusions. I'm not ready to call for Maloney's head.

Looks delicious but since I live in the states I will have to convert those metric measurements.

If the guy had a mullet, no one would be complaining.

New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

If you wanted to know more about this, you could of listened to Caputo on 97.1 yesterday. Without a doubt, this was a topic for well over an hour.

You know what I'm in the mood for? Anthrax. I just watched their behind the music and forgotten how much I'd loved "Among the Living". Living with three women, I don't get the chance to listen to my speed metal like I used to.

My girlfriend LOVES Hanson (schoolgirl thing) and frequently has WYCD on in her car. Ugh.

I mean, I guess I can't really complain. She does love stuff like the Beatles, Stones, Doors, hippie stuff, VH, 90s music and doesn't listen to contemporary pop trash. It could be worse.

You know who took the day off? I did. It’s been shaping up pretty well so far. Warm, but a little rainy though.
