But the thing is that the other guy pointed one at him first. Also I can easily believe they mobbed the guys car and started trying to tear him out of it. Open season. He may have been better off flooring the car and letting the chips fall where they may.

The "protester" had an automatic weapon, an AK-47, pointed at the convicted man, ready to shoot him, and certainly kill him.

It was clearly in self defense that he shot the "protester".

Are you saying that the BLM "protester" had more of a right to live than the Army Sergeant?

And that he should have just let the "protester" kill him?

Now THAT is racist, regardless of the race of the killed "protester", who was White. BTW, did you know that the protester was White? The way the alphabet media reported it, you would have assumed he was Black.

If the roles of those involved were reversed, would you feel the same way?

I didn't follow the case at all. But a guilty verdict takes a 12-0 vote. Anything less is a hung jury.
