Some will say “At least we’re doing something about it!”

Banning certain things like straws, charging for plastic bags, fining people for farting, none of these things could reverse global heating, even if that was happening and even if man caused it.

Banning products is never the answer. People need to take a little personal responsibility. Governments weather federal, state, or local have too much control of our lives. We don't need big brother watching over our shoulders deciding what we can and cannot have/use.

It’s the same song and dance.

1. Something happens that some people don’t like.
2. They believe government is the ultimate authority and lobby to produce more legislation that they believe will “fix” the issue.
3. The legislation doesn’t “fix” the issue and has unintended and often opposite consequences.
4. More rights are then taken away from law-abiding citizens.
5. Idiots celebrate believing they did something positive and effective.

Weather patterns change, always has and always will. It can be calm or extreme. Always has been that way and always will. To think the weather should stay the same is asinine. It's always changing back and forth. Again you cannot change that. But these greenies think you can by restricting corporations, and the lives of everyday citizens by banning shit and taxing the hell out of us.

Buy a dictionary. Look up "weather". Look up "climate". They are not synonymous.
