It's doable. At least putting it back on the road to recovery. The penny plan would take 10 years.

Maybe there is a misunderstanding...

Balancing the budget is VERY doable. Penny plan works for that.

Paying back the entire National Debt is another matter!

One of his advisors said they'd get rid of the debt by selling government property. The problem is the debt is near $19T and the government in total owns $1.8T of it.
