OK BUT: California sports can be just as bad. On Wednesday night, the Kings were showing the play where that should've-been-an-INT instead bounced off the facemask of Vildor on repeat, before facing off against the Pistons (...who they proceeded to lose to, 133-120 ).

Like - the Chiefs may be...the Chiefs, but I have a hard time NOT thinking of San Fran as the heels in this matchup (and that was true even before Wednesday). Fuck them - Chiefs for the repeat!

Everything about the game and the broadcast has been mediocre so far.

I dislike most Super Bowl halftime shows, and this year is no exception.

Whomever is responsible for the audio on CBS isn't doing a very good job. I noticed that issue even during Reba's singing of the Star Spangled Banner (her mic audio level was too low).

One helluva finish. The game didn't disappoint in terms of drama toward the end.

A truly heartbreaking loss for the Niners. They most likely would've won in regulation if not for an extra point attempt that was blocked by the Chiefs (a poor snap made that possible; I feel bad for Jake Moody).

Admittedly I only followed along with the score until near the end of regulation and then turned it on - but, see above: I'm digging the outcome.

Agreed, Honeyman. Arguably Romo's worst broadcast of the year. Multiple football pundits were already publicly pleading for CBS to demote or fire him last month.

Many want to see FOX's lead analyst hired by CBS to replace Romo.

P.S...I am so sick of the Chiefs.

I do question the 49ers opting to get the ball first in overtime given playoff OT rules. By deferring, you effectively get one extra down every set of downs when you have the ball since you HAVE to go for it at least until you're in scoring range.

The first 3 quarters were boring as fuck. The 4th and OT were decent as was the halftime show. 6/10 due to both teams being so easy to hate.
