So if they never actually paid for the service, and it was an employee issue. Was yesterday's press release "terminating the contract with a vendor" just a big lie?
Terminating the contract = unsubscribed from the YouTube channel
I read the trivia company is considering suing due to copyright violations. They announced the question was used out of context; it was part of a series of questions labeled "Global Tyrants".

Overheard at the MSU-UM game, up in the press box area...
"It's so bad for MSU football now, the Tucker issues, UM in town, prolly gonna blow us off the field tonight, blowing that game to Rutgers, what else could possibly go wrong"?

Doing something like that is derogatory, insulting, and uncalled for. But it is 'free speech'.

Taking it from a site without a license and using it for public purposes is stealing. The 'third party' (i.e., sub-contractors) who did this were rightly fired. What were the requirements of the contract? What were they supposed to be doing? Did the sub-contractors fire those employees who actually pushed the buttons and did the deed?
