The Lions trade Hockenson for a bunch of lower round draft picks that they will no doubt blow on loser players.

Starting over again. Saves 9.3 Mil of cap, will cut Jared for another 31 Mil savings.
No doubt they will overspend on free agents that will be injured by week 3.

Getting a second and a third was better than I expected. I don't like giving up the two fourths along with a former Pro Bowl TE. Hockenson should thrive in the Vikings offense, their starter Irv Smith went on IR.

I don't like trading players with rivals that is what disappoints me with this trade glad the Lions got draft picks that can pan out as the draft is a crap shoot, to begin with. All the best to TJ Hock when he doesn't play the Lions.

Lions are already in all-out "tank" mode. Incredible. Not even to game #10 yet in the season.
They might not top last season's win-loss record after all!

They should have gotten more for him. Some lower level draft picks? Not enough.
