Very happy the Pistons got the number 1 pick in the NBA draft.

No more Darkos...please! This Cunningham kid out of Okie State sounds like the real deal.

Plus they have three second-round picks!

They will still manage to fuck it up.

Oh ye of little faith. They already have a young team of talented up-and-comers; imagine what they could have next season!

These lotteries are so stupid where a ping pong ball determines if a franchise has good fate or waffles along in mediocrity. Now if someday the Red Wings could have some good karma for once. How do the Cleveland Cavaliers move up all the time?

Moldy is right; they better draft Cunningham. The kid out of USC, Mobley, has good potential but probably not as much of a lock as Cunningham. The Pistons do need a big man, so I won't be too incredibly ticked if they choose Mobley over Cunningham, but Mobley needs to hit the weight room and add some bulk to that 7 foot frame of his. Cunningham is the superior choice, especially since Killian Hayes' upside is murky at this point and could prove to be a bust.

The other options beyond those two guys (such as the G-League guy, Jalen Green) don't impress me very much.

Jalen Suggs had a very memorable post season for Gonzaga but is only an average shooter from the college 3-point line.
Also, a pedestrian FT% by Guard standards and is prone to getting stripped.

The draft class is not at all deep this year. It's why Franz Wagner is likely to go in the first round, even though he probably won't do shit in the NBA.

Rumor is the Pistons will trade down to #2.

I think there is zero validity to that rumor.

That Mason Plumlee deal has me flummoxed. Imagine getting traded to move DOWN 20 spots in the second round!

I was watching the Tigers and saw that on the news scroll. I thought someone at Bally made a type-o!

Suggs and Wagner both going to Orlando! That's an interesting pairing.

Was very surprised to see Wagner go top ten. His effort and performance in the NCAA tournament stunk to high heaven except for the last 10 minutes of one game (where he was great).

If his head is screwed on straight, he can make some noise. If he takes a complacent attitude, it'll prove to be a very bad pick for the Magic.

Good riddance to Plumlee, btw. He underachieved here.
