It certainly appears they were involved in some sort of LLC together… which is weird for a college athlete and a staffer at the same program.. some might say that’s a conflict of interest.

I agree the LLC seems odd but you lost me on the conflict of interest part. Can you elaborate?

I think between the two Conner Stallions would qualify as the "subordinate" in that he was more expendable than Blake Corum the star running back on a running team.

Where did I remotely say everything was above board? Twice I said it was odd and once I said it needed answers. I just questioned the idea of "conflict of interest" .

No worries. I think we actually agree a lot more than 2%. But you're UM and I'm MSU so we won't see eye-to-eye too much there. Obviously we both have our prejudices and biases, that is part of what makes a rivalry. FWIW, I think you are more objective than other UM peeps here who absolutely will never criticize the football team for anything.

Is this the FBI connection? UofM police say it's unrelated just like UofM tried to mischaraterize how their TRO ended.

The University of Michigan police department told the Free Press on Thursday that it has been working with the FBI “for months” to investigate former Michigan football co-offensive coordinator Matt Weiss’ computer case.

“The University of Michigan Police Department has partnered with the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding the Matt Weiss unauthorized computer access incident,” the police said in an email on Thursday.

“Currently, the investigation is extensive, ongoing, and is of the utmost priority. Additional information will be provided when available.”

While there are some who speculate that the case is related to the current saga the football program is undergoing, the Michigan deputy police chief insists that the two incidents are unrelated.
