When the haters are quoting Shannon Sharpe and Paul Finebaum, you know you've won.
Right on cue and just like a Trumper. Anyone who criticizes, is a hater.

There has NEVER been an NCAA football coach suspended twice in the same season for 2 different violations.
For buying a cheeseburger at The Brown Jug and something he knew nothing about. Don't let that stop you from defaming his character though!

For impermissible recruiting during the Covid 19 dead period and illegal sign stealing under his watch.
Fixed it for you.

Technically they have been found in violation of the rules (cheating) and penalties have been issued.

They all were shirts that say, "Michigan vs. Everybody", yet they are America's Team?

Just to clarify
If I remember correctly the first suspension was self imposed within the University which is a bit different than 3rd party imposed by the NCAA or Big 10.

The current suspension reads in part....
Having determined that the University violated the Sportsmanship Policy, the Conference
imposes on the University the following disciplinary action: Effective immediately, the
University football team must compete without its Head Football Coach for the games remaining
in the 2023 regular season. This disciplinary action shall not preclude the University or its
football team from having its Head Football Coach attend practices or other football team
activities other than the game activities to which it applies.
We impose this disciplinary action even though the Conference has not yet received any
information indicating that Head Football Coach Harbaugh was aware
of the impermissible
nature of the sign-stealing scheme. This is not a sanction of Coach Harbaugh. It is a sanction
against the University
that, under the extraordinary circumstances presented by this offensive
conduct, best fits the violation because: (1) it preserves the ability of the University’s football
student-athletes to continue competing; and (2) it recognizes that the Head Coach embodies the
University for purposes of its football program.
So I would suggest while your statement may not be technically false it also isn't as black and white as a Michigan hater would want to think.

By playing the victim, Michigan’s response to cheating scandal reeks of entitlement

Michigan’s insufferable main-character syndrome, simultaneously bullying their detractors while insisting the universe is out to get them, is remarkable in its lack of self-awareness, feeding the delusion that Ann Arbor is the sun that all of college football revolves around.

Once the dust settles, Michigan will be left to ask itself, was it all worth it, going scorched earth on the NCAA, unleashing hell on everyone in their path (the Wolverines reportedly threatened to leave the conference, the rough equivalent of taking their ball and going home), just to have Harbaugh on the sideline against Ohio State? Perhaps not, though it’s better than the alternative of accepting their fate, resigned to an outcome that wasn’t their No. 1 choice.

Very possible the hearing doesn't even happen. UM slappie Chris Balas just threw a giant barrel of cold water all over the slobbering Michigan fans this morning. Basically, the interviews with players this week did not go well for Michigan and that there is waning confidence that Harbaugh will coach either of the next 2 games. He even said hes not sure the hearing will happen tomorrow. Basically says the Tony Petitti’s group spoke of many alleged transgressions but only provided evidence of a few. that Michigan's response was based on just those few things being it, but there is more apparently and UM's response could change.

Also, UM insiders and fans were going with the Michigan asked for the process to be expidited, that was false, it was the Big Ten who asked for this process to be expidited.

The Big Ten is pushing very hard for the invesigation to be swift, I doubt they are just doing that because they want Harbaugh's suspension to stand, you have to think more sanctions this season are on their mind.

Harbaugh has accepted the suspension with the university planning to resolve the pending litigation.

 Can't wait for Matt's spin how this is another win for Michigan.

Their legal bluff got called, and Michigan blinked. The NCAA investigation is still ongoing, and the B1G reserves the right to further punish per their original letter.

G-bye Jimmy! He's coached his last game in Michigan Stadium.

There was no bluff called. The decision was made to not detract from the team with protracted legal bullshit. The fact of the matter is we don't know what Michigan got in return.

 YOU'RE FUCKING DELUSIONAL! What Michigan got in return?!? They got rammed in the ass is what they got in return! Jimmy was gonna have his day in court, and they hired the world's best law firm and 5000 people signed an Amicus brief so Jimmy could coach and Michigan vs. Everybody and the 3 game suspension gets reduced to......3 games.
