(Rutgers must've missed either an extra point or 2 pt conversion attempt.)
They flubbed the snap on an extra point.

Is Michigan going to get dinged for having USC on the schedule next year?

Dinged in what way?

For having a weak schedule. Notre Dame beat them by 4 TDs today, and defense is not a priority for USC.

We have a pathetic schedule this year and it hasn’t hurt us. I would not call next years schedule which features half the top 10 teams in the country currently… Ohio State, Washington, Oregon, Texas and USC “weak” by any stretch. It’s the kind of lineup that will likely do two things… give us a real test and probably lose a game. I wish they’d regularly play larger schools the way some other places do. Waiting till the second to last and last game to find out what the team is really made of is lousy.

Was certainly surprised by ND's margin of victory over USC.

The team that defeated ND a week ago, Louisville, lost to lowly Pitt last night. A stunning upset.

Wisconsin was held to single digit scoring at home against Iowa, who won 15 to 6 in a tedious game.

I wasn't all that surprised. The sunshine and roses type of football that relies on a lot of passing doesn't always translate well to cold, soggy, rainy weather.

If Rutgers could do anything in the RedZone, they could be up big.

Ohio State scored 28 in the second half. They won 35-16. Got Michigan State and Minnesota the next two weeks.

Penn State won 51-15 at Maryland. We'll see how Michigan does against Purdue.

Didn't know that former Michigan QB Allan Bowman is stating for Oklahoma State. Beat OU today.

Michigan's defense is playing great. The rest of the team? Not so much. Stupid decision to go for it on 4th and 1 from inside their own territory. Now, Purdue gets the ball with a couple minutes left in the half and a short field.

Michigan should've punted and pinned Purdue deep.

It's amusing hearing the NBC commentators talk up Purdue. The reality is they have 6 lousy points on the scoreboard at the half, 3 of which were gifted to them by Michigan failing to convert on a 4th and 1 from deep inside their own territory.

They would really prefer people stay and watch the second half with some sort of “drama” as a hook.
