The all star rosters have been announced with Michael Lorenzen representing the Tigers.
Strange, but if the Tigers were involved in the selection, it was probably done to boost his trade value. He's currently on a one-year contract.

Tigers gave up 2 hits, lose 1-0 in 10 innings.

Oakland sacrificed the 10th inning runner to third, then scored them on a single.

Leave it to the Tigers to give up only two hits and still find a way to lose the friggin' game!

4-0 Oakland after 3. Nine up, nine down for Detroit.

Make that 5-0. Rodriguez is getting slammed in his return.

Final score was 12-3 Oakland. Tigers didn't score until the 8th inning.

The fans from Ontario enjoyed tonight's game.

Blue Jays 12, Tigers 2.

Jonathan Schoop was designated for assignment after the game.

A combined no hitter with three pitchers utilized. Not as exciting as one guy accomplishing the feat thru all nine innings but still impressive nonetheless!

Actually a combined-pitcher no-hitter is quite rare. Of the 340 no-hitters in league history, this was only the 20th one that involved more than one pitcher pitching. That makes it slightly rarer than a perfect game (24).

About two thirds of the fans in the stands at the just ended game (Tigers lost in 10 - shocker, I know) were Jays fans. 🤣

Fucking Tigers allowed a 2 run homer to tie the game with 2 outs in the top of the 9th.
