What a great and clever commercial! :D I'm wondering if and how it plays nationally.

I have no idea who either one of them are and I have no plans to buy from ATT.

I've never gotten the sports celebrity endorsement situation.

:lol I guess you've answered that question.

Apparently this spot is only airing during NCAA March Madness so the audience at least are sports fans.

I hate the AT&T commercials that run during the NCAA tournament, especially the faux hand offs to Lily from the studio during the halftime show.

Their mobile service might be perfectly acceptable (I have no firsthand experience); their home internet service BLOWS.

Indeed it is! Subtle ack to the D and playing nationally.

It won't sway any purchases here, but good to see Matt making some cabbage on ads other than for 'Truck Month' in Detroit (as comedian Tom Ryan would say, "Is it ever NOT Truck Month?")

I'm wondering if there'll be a follow-up ad like there is with Zooey Deschanel. After all, Stafford's the substitute trade-in specialist in Lily's absence. :P :lol

At least maybe Stafford has a real job lined up after his football days are over.

Yeah and way better than those commercials for St. Joe's Hospital he and Kelly did with Lila Lazurus. They were awful.

I sort of asked for it from a marketing perspective.

His new ad is with him wearing the uniform of his current team. He never did one wearing the Lions uniform.
