I thought it was a small independent record label. But there were some historical heavy hitters involved even with The Strawberry Alarm Clock. Songwriter Frank Slay, who wrote and produced several big hit songs in the 1950s (usually with Bob Crewe), produced "Incense and Peppermints". There are a couple of copies of that in the family record collection.
