I always thought it was interesting that he worked on some early Leonard Cohen albums.

Charlie also played on Ringo Starr's second solo album, "Beaucoups of Blues", recorded over three days in June of 1970 in Nashville. The Beatles Channel on Sirius/XM played a few tracks from that album this week in conjunction with Daniels' passing and Ringo's 80th birthday.
