Thank God this cluster screw is cancelled you cannot recreate Rock’n Roll history with current artists it’s just not the same. Cofounder of the event Michael Lang pulled the plug on the 3 day debacle on July 30th.

There were a few of the originals signed up (I know Melanie Safka was one), but there were problems since the start. When it was decided to move it to Maryland, that was it.

Heard they were going to try and do something like it just outside Area 51. (not sure if that will happen either!)

I love Melanie such a great talent interviewed her in 1975 a very pleasant lady. “Lay Down” (The Candles In The Rain) released in 1970 a genuine classic.
