Some registered account users are experiencing password recognition issues. The issue appears to have been triggered by a PHP update on October 30. If this is occurring, please try logging in and using the "forgot password?" utility. Bear in mind auto-generated password reset emails may appear in your spam folder. If this does not work, please click the "Contact Us" option near the lower right hand corner of the index page to contact me via email. I have responded to all password reset requests received through 6a ET on November 7. You should see an email from the "Admin" email account.

November 9 update: Due to app errors, I have disabled the Tapatalk plug-in. As such, the Buzzboard is currently unavailable in Tapatalk. I am trying to do a clean reinstall, but each reinstall attempt is generating database errors. I am hopeful that the issue will be able to be resolved in the next few days.

Thank you for your patience!

"You Win Again" by Bee Gees

Unread post by stopnswop2 »

From 1987.
The song hit number 1 in the UK and was voted the second greatest Bee Gees song of all time!
It's virtually unheard of here though and charted very poorly due to the disco backlash. The song is not disco though. It's a Soft Rock/Power Pop tune. It deserved to be H*** here. Such a shame.

Music is my life.

Great Tune, Kim is a Bee Gee’s fan, She always watches “Saturday Night Fever” It kind of drives me crazy, It must be her way to get back at me for my love of Zeppelin 😆 But She is a fantastic dancer no lie, Like the 1979 song by Sister Sledge “He’s The Greatest Dancer” well She’s The Greatest Dancer. Oh by the way we put together a baby shower for my youngest Daughter today and it went great she’s do in March, This will Be my 5th granddaughter, I’m one Happy Grampa.

There are a bunch of Bee Gees tunes that didn't chart in the US, most were, IMO, the better songs in their library. This song is one of them. The Bee Gees had a lot of really good tracks that didn't "fit their mold", hence, not issued as singles.

Two years following this, the Bee Gees would get one last top 10 hit stateside with "One"
