Guitarist Roy Clark has died at age of 85. Actually due to his work on Hee Haw and The Beverly Hillbillies this thread could also be on "Remembering The Golden Years." (His turn as Cousin Roy was really funny.)

Roy will be greatly missed. Even though I'm not a big fan of country music, I always enjoyed watching him perform on Hee Haw. I recently saw him doing an infomercial for the best of Hee Haw and he didn't look well there.

You can watch the old Hee Haw shows on the RFD channel, Sundays at 8pm.
