I can't confirm since the stream appears to not be working at the moment, but based on the description of the station not having DJs and the imaging voice in the promo video on their website, I suspect they may be running America's Best Music from Westwood One, which IIRC was also their format prior to 2013.

My suspicions were correct. I got the stream to work on TuneIn and they are indeed using America's Best Music. The playlist matches ABM station WMST in Kentucky.
