The studios of WGOP AM 540, a Birach-owned station near Salisbury, Maryland on the Delmarva Peninsula, burned down this morning. And true to Birach's cheapness, it was not insured:

Why am I not surprised that Sima didn't have insurance. My guess is WGOP won't come back on.
