Store was out of Natty Daddy :( So I grabbed Bud Ice.
It is my belief now that Bud Ice is simply a marketing campaign to sell Natty Daddy.
Bud Ice is terrible!
Worse than that generic beer they used to sell in foam lined gallon bottles labeled BEER, and LIGHT BEER. :barf

Unfortunately, while it is made no more, Dark Horses Oil of Gladness 11% ABV was pretty darn tasty.
Better than Mickeys Malt Liquor! But a WHOLE lot more expensive.

remember about 30 years ago when ice beers were actually marketed as a premium product? I think Molson Ice sponsored this big music festival in Alaska headlined by Metallica and Bud Ice had these commercials all over every NHL broadcast

Was in a Kroger the other day and, buried behind the other cheap 40oz beers, was one bottle of Colt 45 🤮
