G G has the greatest “shtick” but this Paul makes me think he only has internet access from the library when “Mrs. Paul” lets him out.

I dunno. His latest episodes from Quipville have been at 2 in the morning.
Seems he will post late at night (after any free wifi is closed).
I think he's having a night he can't sleep every few weeks. So he's laying there wide eyed and remembers Buzzboard.

If they don't want all that to happen, they should provide a real live person at a regular check out. One person at a check out station for 4 hours vs. somebody having to sort through, restock, trash, etc., what is in the cart. Not to mention the Goodwill by not having nasty word of mouths "don't shop here".
