Toledo best city for retirement

According to this article, Toledo has been rated the best town in the whole country to retire in. Let's see what our friends in the Glass City think about this:

Yay! Though I think the criteria applied skewed outcomes a bit.

It's been 23 years or so since 'ledo won the All-America City award (4x vs. say, rainbow TC, with one), so maybe that's about due to repeat as well. I've worked with many in Lucas Co, and found friendly, hard working people a repeat pattern.

FWIW: Nothing in da Mitt made the top 15.

I mean, unless money is truly all that matters, Toledo is a miserable place to live let alone spend your twilight years. Are people's only other choices to go Flint or Youngstown or Huntington?

Idk, man. We used to party quite hardy at UT back in the early 2000s. Toledo had its share of highlights. And there was bomb coke in Lima back then, too.

Toledo hasn't been the same since they closed Kim's Modeling, the Westwood Art Theatre, and that 24 hour massage place down on Sylvania.
