After getting home from an awesome 4 day weekend, I'm sitting on the porch with fireworks all around me. Playing Ray Charles and Kid Rock.

What I did and seen in the last 4 days, culminating with the grand finale I'm witnessing now, is not the America the media depicts. It's not the America you see on your tablet.

What I seen and heard and laughed and talked with the last 4 days is the Real America. Still the Greatest Nation on Earth.

Nonsense! I know that Toledo's endless miles of used car lots, carry outs and abandoned factories and strip malls are truly Christ's Empire Of Liberty.

Very true. And many of our presidents came from Ohio.
