Tips sought after man urinated on chip rack at Detroit gas station

According to authorities, a man urinated on a rack of snacks Sunday night at a Project Green Light gas station on the city's east side. Investigators said they believe the man did it after his credit card was declined when he attempted to make a purchase.

Maybe he was in product development and trying a new flavor. Piss And Vinegar.

There should be a transaction record when his card got declined, so they should know who he is unless it was a stolen card (which could/would lead to more charges).

My father had his credit card declined once. They did not give him a reason. We just never went back to that place again.
