Louie was reported hospitalized with cancer and died from that today. It hasn't been confirmed, but several sources say Meat Loaf had Covid.

I heard one story on Meatloaf that said he had been in "ill health" for 6 years or more. The guy who said it didn't go into detail but only that people who saw him knew he wasn't well.
So maybe Covid did get him but it sounds like he may have been one of those people with preexisting issues.

I don't know what rock I've been living under but neither my wife nor I knew who Louie Anderson was and even the assorted clips related to his death didn't jog any memory.
