Incident on airline. Young White Female Punches Elderly White Male because he pulled his mask down while eating. Throughout, she, Patricia, Karen, also unmasked, punches the man in the face, and spits in his face. It appears that young people have been taught to resent and hate elderly people. It appears to be boiling over due to the stress of the pandemic.

Of the 4 US airlines I flew in '21, Delta did seem to be the most 'nanny-like' with regard to masking rules... (almost to the point of irritation, with their overhead announcement reminders and aisle-walk finger-pointing enforcement.)
We had no idiotic incidents on any of those flights.
Then again, only a quarter of those flights overall originated from an airport where a large quantity of noggins had been baked by the Florida sun just before boarding.
