Keeping extensive dossiers, prepared by Private Investigators making as much as $500 an hour, spying on parents who speak out at School Board Meetings.

These are not the tactics of "Presbyterians", Folks. They are COMMUNISTS!

Speaking out at School Board Meetings is tantamount to insurrection? As our POTUSINO might say, "Come on, man!"

Impeccably sourced as usual.

American Thinker :rollin
Failed Fact Checks

President Obama secretly signaled solidarity to African leaders at the White House using a Muslim hand gesture known as the ‘Shahada.’ – FALSE

New Jersey is currently conducting, or plans to conduct, house-to-house confiscations of banned high-capacity gun magazines. – FALSE

Do statistics in a chain e-mail give an accurate “report card” of President Obama’s first two years? – MOSTLY FALSE
A group of Somali teenagers used hammers to physically attack and injure several passersby at a train station in Minneapolis in May 2019. – MOSTLY FALSE

“Sea level rise has been slow and a constant, pre-dating industrialization” – INACCURATE

Did the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confess to lying about COVID-19 death numbers? – FALSE

The AMA “reversed course,” now “giving the green light to doctors prescribing HCQ to their COVID patients.” – INACCURATE

Overall, we rate the American Thinker, Questionable based on extreme right-wing bias, promotion of conspiracy theories/pseudoscience, use of poor sources, and several failed fact checks. (7/18/2016) (M. Huitsing 03/20/2021)

Funny I never saw you post your "impeccably sourced" warnings on the Huffington Post and The Detroit Free Press:

I've never seen him post from those sources. He's such a stickler for accuracy and truthfulness he sticks with reputable sources like infowars, Epoch Times and TMZ.

Perhaps the bigger question is, are people encouraged to research this? Sources can be biased, but should there exist credible evidence to support the story, the source is secondary.

There's a temptation these days (and I will include myself in this) to judge the merits of a story by who presents it. Judging a source is easy. Judging a story takes time, effort and due diligence. Not the easiest of tasks in a busy world, but the responsibility is our just the same. More and more I've discovered the value of taking the extra time to dig a little deeper into stories of interest so I can base my opinion on the merits of the story over my inclination toward the source.
