Working Class Real Estate Tycoons

The past few weeks I've been volunteering with my Party's election campaign. This year they have me delivering lawn signs to supporters who have requested one.
I take the sign to their address, shove it into the ground and leave a note in the mailbox thanking them for their support.
Along the way, I've made one observation. These working class, socialist types are astute real estate investors. An old adage in real estate says "buy the worst house in the best neighbourhood." They usually do have the worst house on the street. Shrewd.
