What is Your Favourite Tool, Machine or Other Device You Have?
Re: What is Your Favourite Tool, Machine or Other Device You Have?
Going out to pick up a new tool that I ordered and has just arrived. After I put a couple hundred rounds through it, I'll let you know if it's my new favorite.
New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

Ask whatever you hit too. Feedback perfects things you know...

Fresh out of the box, after running two clips of cheapie through it to loosen up the spring, I was putting double taps in a 3 inch circle at 15-yards with Federal HST 124gr +P.
That kinda result out of a sub compact with a 3.6 inch barrel is a beautiful thing. Still not my favorite tool in the box, but it's really cute and only weighs 26 oz. so it's easy to have around all day.

They/them, non-binary and proud.
Remember that “2000 Mules” was concocted by a circus of elephants.
The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.

Century Arms Inc? I haven’t heard of them... are they a relatively large brand?Bryce wrote: ↑Wed Feb 10, 2021 8:51 pmFresh out of the box, after running two clips of cheapie through it to loosen up the spring, I was putting double taps in a 3 inch circle at 15-yards with Federal HST 124gr +P.

Century Arms is the importer. The brand is Canik (Pronounced Janik because it's made in Turkey)
Canik firearms are manufactured by Samsun Domestic Defense and Industry Corporation in Turkey and used almost exclusively by the Turkish Special Forces, military and law enforcement. Century Arms started importing Canik pistols into the U.S. around 2013. Because of their spectacular trigger right out of the box as well as build quality and value, they developed quite a following.
My new tool is the TP9 Elite SC. Many non firearm people aren't familiar with the name, but the industry sure is.
The version I have is the Trophy model. It was made specifically to celebrate this award. It has a distressed bronze finish and a small engraved trophy on the other side that I didn't show in the picture because the serial number to the firearm is next to the trophy. The ICA (Industry Choice Awards) recently named the Canik TP9 Elite SC as its Concealed Carry Pistol of the Year. The award recognizes the development of the company’s 9mm subcompact for carry and defense.

I may not be a firearm person but that’s one slick looking gun!Bryce wrote: ↑Thu Feb 11, 2021 8:56 amCentury Arms is the importer. The brand is Canik (Pronounced Janik because it's made in Turkey)

Fixed it.
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it.
