Has anyone heard of these radio signals coming from space at regular intervals? Depending on which radio telescope that's listening, and which way it's pointed, determines the time between signals received.

The sources are unknown. However, there are radio signals out in space on regular intervals we do know about.

Earth communicating with our space probes.

There definitely are. Some of the recent pictures are far too detailed to be fakes.

That's because they are not fake images.
These are legitimate military aircraft.

For example, those triangular craft these propaganda shows always claim are aliens.
They are actually a classified craft called the TR-3A and TR-3B Aurora (aka Astra Aurora)
They're used as stealth bombers and use magnets for propulsion.
