I'm sure there will be an internal investigation into this. Unfortunately the police most likely will determine that they owe her nothing. Sad story - but at least they weren't home at the time.

The woman and her 2 kids had to sit in the car and watched the whole thing go down.

The city of Taylor's insurance policy, one would hope, should cover financial damages to the lady's personal property (and to the landlord's real property and fixtures).

The cops had a barricaded gunman in an apartment complex. Unfortunately, in situations like this, their options are limited. No innocent bystanders appear to have been hurt and the suspect was apprehended.

As long as innocent victims who incurred property damage are made whole, I have no issue.

I'm about sick of this guy , changing his user name like changing underwear, announcing to his fan club of his departure and then coming back like he owns the buzzboard. He'll be back, he's like the ants that come back to my kitchen every spring. Can't get rid of them buggers

Cowboy is the one who needs to be booted, along with KC/whatever his name is this week.
