A black male student (John Doe) who was suspended from the University of Missouri for four years due to findings from a Title IX case is suing the school for racial and sexual discrimination. School officials ruled that Doe was guilty of sexual harassment because his size and gender gave him "power" over a female he pursued romantically.

Sounds like stalking more than being tall. If one has multiple complaints I am betting there is more to the story.

The article was pulled for being poorly written and not totally factual.
National Review issued a retraction for the article after criticism of it gained steam.
“This article and its headline originally stated that a male student at the University of Missouri was found in violation of Title IX because he asked a female student on a date and ‘was perceived as having power over her,'” the magazine wrote in its retraction editor’s note.
“The article accurately quoted the deposition of the Title IX case, but it left out relevant details,” the note continued. “In fact, the male student had made repeated, unwelcome advances toward the female student and was found in violation of Title IX for stalking her.”
