Ask not what your country can do FOR you; ask what they are about to do TO YOU!!

if that were a beer, it would be a pale ale with a non existent head.

Herr Kronigsbourg makes a damn good beer. I believe this version is the 1664 which blows the doors off of the other products in the Carlsberg Brewery lineup.

I'm glad the French have stopped being such assholes to the U.S. I was boycotting French products for a while because of it. I missed Kroeingsbourg along with B&B liquor and a particular whole grain mustard I really like.

What is your opinion of the 1664?

An excellent brew. One of my favourites. But I had hoped to enjoy it on a sunny patio, not in the house looking out on a cold, grey day.

I like it a lot too. It does taste different in Europe than it does here though.

I must send you a note of thanks. Prior to your "bottle boycott" I drank primarily bottled beer. For grins I started buying cans and have found that the product that is canned, in most cases, is superior to the bottled product. It is most evident in imported beers.

Re Cold, grey day...

It's all that man made global warming I tell you.

Maybe if we drive our cars some more it will warm up.
