I just got back from a few days of camping on the shore of Lake Huron. When I took a listen across he FM band I was surprized to hear a few minutes of WYRK FM in Buffalo NY ! I believe that the path across the lake helped. it was also a hot day.
I also heard lots of the lower power Ontario stations across the lake.
I had my PL880 Receiver with just the 3 ft whip antenna.
It was nice to get out of the suburbs and up to the lake !
