WINS has been Dominating 1010 over CFRB for at least a year in SE MI, beginning during CH and in the Evening and Night. Anyone know what's going on? Is one or the other or both on STA?
This never happened in the old days. You only heard WINS occasionally.

I’ve been receiving 1010 WINS quite a bit at Night, very seldom can I receive CFRB in Evening, but can pull them in daytime hours but not great, WUFL overtakes on 1010.

Try CFRX 6070 kHz. Haven't tried, but it might be good Days now with the unusual sunspot and critical hours conditions. If I get a chance, I'll pull out one of the SW radios and check.

CFRX 6070 is alive and well. Just now tuned in with my 90 Ft dipole up 35 Ft in trees. It is reading S9+20 on the FT990 meter. Not bad for 1 kW !
CFRB on 1010 is not doing as well with the daytime D layer soaking up the signal, audible but with QSB (fading) and a best reading about S8, using a 250 Ft dipole up 35 ft.

CFRB directional antenna is 4 x 203 Degree towers in a rectangular placement . The CFRB day antenna pattern has some signal toward Detroit but the night pattern is a lot different and has very little signal going toward Detroit !! Both patterns have a strong main lobe going NorthEast.
