What Are Your Favorite Radio Apps?
What Are Your Favorite Radio Apps?
Just curious with the fact that there’s hundreds of radio apps available on the internet what are some of your favs, Here’s a few of mine, 181.fm, Tunein Radio, Radio.com, Simple Radio, Canada Radio FM and Classic Rock Radio, I’m definitely not a fan of IHeart radio.

What's an app. I don't think any of my radios have one.
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it.

That’s right you live in the Amish section of Canada, I’m surprised you even have radio in Amish Canada.

I am not a H*** radio listner and I don't have an unlimited data plan
Having said that I have on my phone...
Michigan Radio for WUOM 91.7
Radio.com for 97.1 sports and WWJ news/traffic/weather
Radio Garden... gives me a nice smattering of stations around the world . I like the world map format and suggest any radio fan try it out. Its free so if you don't like it you can just uninstall it.

I have 38 radios here, plus eleven more in Florida. They're all really good radios, but none of them have a app. Nonetheless they work well for me. No complaints.
Wait. I do have complaints about the Degen DE 26, but I don't think a app would help it.

Radio Garden is actually cool, I access Keener 13 from the Radio Garden site it’s a unique app. Also enjoy The 181.fm app for more of continuous formatted music selection and seems 181 has a lot of variety as well. I just have Metropcs the $40. a month plan with 10. GB a month and I’m 3 weeks in and only used 2.2 GB so I have a ton of data left and I stream a lot.craig11152 wrote: ↑Mon May 20, 2019 10:42 amI am not a H*** radio listner and I don't have an unlimited data plan

I am with Google Fi and they charge me $10 a gig but they prorate by the meg so if I use 310 megabits it's $3.10. The base rate is $20 for talk and text, then whatever data I use. 3 months in my bill is $24-$27 a month. I'm not a big data hog and my Google Fi since card will always seek out WiFi and run through a VPN. Otherwise it works through TMobile and Sprint jumping to which ever signal is best where I'm at.
